Just a few months ago the three of us were brainstorming a fun way to bring Denver's fitness enthusiasts together. Sam had a fantastic idea of putting on a "sweat crawl", allowing attendees to try classes at studios around town and then socialize with like-minded people at a post-event happy hour.

With a timeline of only three weeks we were HUSTLING to pull this thing off. Thankfully all three of us were deeply passionate about the idea and immediately felt connected to the mission. So we worked harder than hell, and on September 16th we hosted our first ever Social Sweat event. Cheers to perseverance!

We met so many amazing people, all of who loved the idea of building a community in Denver. So we started to think, "how can we make this more than just a one-day thing?".

Through multiple wine nights and many a group chats, we developed our Social Sweat brand and realized we are much, much more than just an event company.

Our goal is to create a community rooted in personal development. Through monthly events and curated content we'll inspire you to cultivate connections, redefine your body's limits, strengthen your self-care practice, and take charge of your professional ambitions.

We hope this blog will serve as a platform outside of our events where you'll feel comfortable reading, interacting and sharing, and somewhere you can develop relationships based on shared passions.
